UNLV Pregnancy Pilates Workshop Next Saturday, Oct. 3rd!!

IMG_4307Achieve a calm, strong, mind-body balance during and after pregnancy with Pregnancy Pilates.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29TH AT MIDNIGHT

Core strength and stability, safe, gentle movement, and controlled breathing patterns make Pilates a preferred method of exercise for women during and after pregnancy.

You will learn about the changes a woman’s body goes through during pregnancy and postpartum. You will be taught Pilates exercises and modifications specific to each trimester and up to 6 weeks postpartum.

If you are currently pregnant, thinking about getting pregnant, or are a Pilates instructor or personal trainer who works with pregnant clients, join us for this Pregnancy Pilates workshop!
